Neubau zum Effizienzhaus oder Effizienzgebäude

Sie möchten ein neues Haus bauen oder kaufen. Wir prüfen für Sie, ob die KfW Kriterien erfüllt werden und welcher KfW Standard erreicht wird. Somit erhalten Sie den Anspruch auf die günstigen KfW Kredite.  Mit einem KfW Effizienzhaus tun Sie doppelt Gutes: Für die Umwelt und für Ihr Portmonnaie.

Folgend finden Sie die Höhe und Konditionen des Programms:

Neubau zum Effizienzhausstandard 40 NH für Wohngebäude (KfW 261):

  • Förderkredit ab 0,14 % effektiver Jahreszins für Sanierung, Neubau und Kauf (Stand 25.09.2022)
  • Bis zu 120.000 Euro Kredit je Wohneinheit für ein Effizienzhaus!
  • 5% Tilgungszuschuss!

Neubau zum Effizienzgebäudestandard 40 NH für Nichtwohngebäude (KfW 263):

  • Förderkredit ab 0,01 % effektiver Jahreszins für Sanierung, Neubau und Kauf (Stand 25.09.2022)
  • Bis zu 10 Mio. Euro pro Vorhaben
  • 5% Tilgungszuschuss!
